Aims

Our aim is to provide a niche service to Building Contractors or Sub Contractors and Self Builders in the Wexford or South East Region, by offering a Quantity Surveying and BER Assessment service at extremely competitive rates.

With current economic conditions, we feel our services will be of benefit to many who can't afford to employ surveyors on a full time basis, but can offer out their work on freelance basis. This allows more flexibility and affordability to our clients who in turn receive a first class professional service.

 

Profile

Introducing CMQS, a new partnership formed in 2008 between Eugene Cullen and Martin Murphy.

Between us we have over 30 years experience at the forefront of the construction industry predominately working for large contractors. This experience has taught us the pitfalls that can befall contractors and sub-contractors alike, who are not in control of their paperwork or pricing. With this in mind we intend to cater to the sub contractor or contractor who wants to compete in the current market place by being more astute with their pricing and in control of their projects.
